- Wake up time you plan to get up

5:15 Transition opens
- Set up transition
- Drop run bags and finish bags
5:45 Mandatory warmup swim
6:00 Swim start, mass start on north side of pier
- Swim ~ 1.2 miles
- 2 loops with a run in between
6:30 ish
- Transition to bike
- All gear placed in provided bag before leaving transition
- Ride and run
- Ride 1.5 loops of triangle = 60 miles
- Sag wagon(s) with bike mechanic provided by Paco’s
- Transition to run
- Run bike trail into Squaw back out down river
- Finish at Squaw Valley Park entrance
- Finish
- Brown bag lunch provided by Men Welding Fire
- Option to ride back to KB or take shuttle

- Gather by pool to discuss the day with drinks/ snacks
- Questions and answers

- Dinner at local restaurant within walking distance
